If you’re a foodie, you can’t miss the salmon at the 400 Olive Modern American Bistro. it’ll take your taste buds on a ride! Plus, the warm vibes in the Brewhouse Historical Sports Bar make it the perfect hangout after a game. Cozy room to crash after a long day too!
The customer service was a bit of a letdown, making us feel like an inconvenience rather than guests. The restaurant options were also limited. how does a hotel not have pancakes at breakfast?

The location made our trip so much easier, as we could walk to several attractions, including the Arch in just a few minutes. The room size was great, and the staff responded quickly when we requested extra bedding. However, we did encounter some hiccups with the breakfast offerings, which could have had more gluten-free options.

historic, historic, historic
I adored staying in a hotel that used to be a bank-hello, vintage vault doors! The room was spacious and recently renovated, with all the comforts I could ask for. Plus, being just a short walk from one of the city’s most iconic landmarks, the Gateway Arch, made my sightseeing so convenient!
strongly recommend 🙌❤️

The staff really stood out. They welcomed me warmly as soon as I arrived and made me feel at home. The location couldn’t be better, just a short walk to both the Arch and the ballpark. I loved that! The lobby had a beautiful design with art deco touches that made coming and going a pleasure. My room was spacious and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities. Only issues were the noisy street outside and an occasional problem with the key cards. Had to get them reset a couple of times, which was annoying. Overall, a solid stay with great service, but it would be nice if the street noise was recognized or addressed somehow.

Couple looking for an upgrade
I got a great honors rate on a corner room. The room was extra big with wrap around windows and a curved settee, very nice touch.
It wasn’t cheap but kinda acceptable for what I got.

The hotel had a lovely ambiance and a magnificent old-world charm. However, frustratingly, the AC struggled at times, and I found the room cleaning lacking. While the location was great, and the staff was friendly, the overall condition of the hotel left something to be desired.
